and a hatred of problems
Over the last two decades, I’ve worked across agencies large and small, leading design and UX teams on complex digital products, platforms, and brands.
My work spans responsive websites, mobile applications, digital ecosystems, and large-scale transformations, often at moments of real change for the organisations behind them.
I’m most at home where clarity, usability, and craft meet, and where design helps make something complex feel human.
My Mission
I’m driven by problem-solving rather than surface polish. Beauty matters to me, but as a consequence of good thinking, not decoration. If a solution isn’t clear, usable, and coherent, it isn’t finished.
That belief has shaped how I lead teams, collaborate with clients, and approach design direction: with curiosity, empathy, and a focus on outcomes that last.
I've been away..
Between 2018 and 2025, my life took a very different path.
I stepped away from full-time work to care for my youngest daughter during her treatment for stage 4 neuroblastoma.
She unfortunately passed away suddenly in May 2024.
That period changed me profoundly, personally and professionally. It reinforced the value of empathy, resilience, perspective, and trust, and it reshaped how I think about responsibility, time, and what really matters. After giving myself space to heal and support my family, I’ve returned to work with renewed clarity and purpose.

Since mid-2025, I’ve been working freelance, collaborating with teams at R/GA and Stratt.
I bring a calm, experienced presence to projects, comfortable getting hands-on where needed, equally comfortable setting direction, mentoring designers, and partnering closely with UX, technology, delivery, and client teams.
